ABOUT THE POSITION - OVERVIEW

The Fast Track Management Program is a management development role designed to give the employee an immersive and extensive business experience across a variety of our Companies and departments.  With 6-9 month assignments across multiple disciplines, this program allows the participant to emerge after 3 years with deep business knowledge and developed and tested leadership skills.  This role prepares the participant for a leadership role within the organization.

POSITION SUMMARY

The position will rotate through various departments on 6-9 month assignments.  These assignments will provide meaningful insight into a wide variety of business functions.  Beyond the insights gained in these assignments the position will lead and participate in multiple projects using analytical skills to conduct research, challenge current assumptions, provide new insights, and/or confirming current assumptions are still valid.  The rotational design of this position will create strong cross functional relationships.  Cross functional collaboration is vital to the success of this position.
