Loot Crate is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Vice President/Sr Vice President of Data Science, Advanced Analytics, and Systems Architecture who will be an integral member of Loot Crate’s Senior Leadership Team, acting as a thought leader and driver for the company with regards to data and analytical capability and monetization.  With responsibility for the Data Science, Advanced Analytics and Data Engineering teams, the leader will establish and maintain the overall data strategy and roadmap for Loot Crate, instilling best-in-class capabilities as it continues with its high growth. Taking into account both internal and external stakeholders, this professional will leverage data and systems to provide a vision for strategic growth, consumer insights, and growth initiatives.    



The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 years of professional experience in a data science, data management and advanced analytics-focused roles within a consumer facing environment (ideally eCommerce and/or subscription). This person should be a thought leader with the ability to persuasively communicate a vision to all levels of an organization, with a proven track record of creating, championing, and executing premier data management strategies. This individual will be an innovative and creative problem solver and a driver of change, who can work effectively within a rapidly changing organization.
