The Director, Warehouse Production is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of all fulfillment projects that occur in the warehouse. This position will lead 200+ full time and part time employees in a fast pace environment.  Strong leadership and people management skills are key to the success of this position. The ability to contribute to meaningful Key Performance Indices, summarize data, and work in a fast paced and changing environment is critical to the success of the position. The Director, Warehouse Production will be expected to collaborate with other members of the operations team, logistic team, merchandising team, and crate planning teams of Loot Crate. The position requires strong leadership and analytical skills and the ability to work under strict timelines.  We are seeking a true Operator – someone with depth of hard skills and breadth of soft skills – capable of building, refining, and optimizing the efficiency, quality, and costs of all warehousing, fulfillment, and returns. The ideal person will have “grown-up” in the trenches of a fast-paced startup and know how to balance process-and- rigor with speed-and-flexibility.
